Well today is July 27, 2018 and I just finished week 9 on Nutrisystem. I will not be weighing in this week. I hurt my Achilles Tendon at the beginning of the week and the doctor has me laid up for a few more days. I also will not be posting any pictures. This not exercising and having to sit around the house in my chair not doing a thing has made it almost impossible for me to stay on the program. I started the week okay with eating light and things like Subway, which are good for you. But by the end of the week I was back to McDonald’s and pizza.
This has taught me one thing and that is I do need to learn how to eat properly for when this program is over. I have been so concerning with only eating the food they send and not really eating at home or out except when I have too. I need to spend more time to on learning how to control my urges or when I have reached my goal it won’t last and I will just gain it back.
This week, even though I have 5 more days of no walking, I am going to try and get back on it or at least eat healthy choices. I have a call in to the doctor to see if I use crutches to get to the pool, will swimming hurt it more or not.
I didn’t use the NuMi App much this week as my food choices wouldn’t have been on it anyway. That may have been part of my downfall by not using it as much and thus you don’t think about what I was eating as much as I should have.
Well hope to see you all next week for the next update. I will weight in no matter what and hopefully at worse be back to where I was at the end of week 8. I don’t think I could give up on this program now but it is going to be tough to get back on it again.
